Description
The project will be developed with the idea to elaborate the developdment of the right to health under law across the globe under international, regional mechanisms and domestic legal systems.
While the protection of the right to health under the international mechanisms and under under regional mechanism in the Europe is relatively clear, its development in the Inter American system and the African regional systems as also in domestic legal systems, which have rich and a varied development, is not well known.
